Job summary

The University Of Queensland is seeking an Integration Support Specialist to provide production support for integration platforms and services across multiple Australian locations including QLD, ACT, NSW and SA.

You will liaise with stakeholders, maintain APIs and applications, perform testing, monitor API health, and contribute to documentation. On-call duties are required, and clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience working with APIs and/or integration in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong understanding of API/integration technologies and ability to learn new products quickly.
• A quality‑focused approach to improving and streamlining processes.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
