• Commitment to documentation quality and engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build and delivery of complex integration solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution design, development, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to translate business outcomes into robust integration designs.
• Establish and promote integration engineering standards and best practices.
• Own the operational integrity of integration solutions including incident response and continuous improvement.
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts and runbooks.
• Coach and mentor engineers across teams.
