Job summary

Talent is seeking two experienced API/Integration Support Analysts to join a Federal Government agency in Sydney on a 12‑month contract with potential extension. Hybrid working requires a minimum of three days onsite per week, and Australian citizenship with Baseline clearance.

You’ll troubleshoot production integration incidents, maintain MuleSoft and IBM API Connect APIs, test environments, monitor health and usage, and support partner onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working with APIs and integration technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents and manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production integration incidents and coordinate resolution with technical and development teams.
• Maintain and configure MuleSoft and IBM API Connect APIs and applications.
• Test APIs and environments, and monitor API health, performance and usage.
• Support digital partner registration and onboarding, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve support processes and maintain operational and configuration documentation.
• Participate in an on-call roster to maintain availability and reliability of critical integration services.
