Job summary

Talent in New South Wales is seeking two experienced API/Integration Support Analysts to join a Federal Government agency on a 12-month contract with potential extension. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite per week, requiring Australian citizenship and Baseline clearance.

You will troubleshoot production integration incidents, maintain MuleSoft and IBM API Connect APIs, test environments, and support digital partners while contributing to on-call coverage and quality process

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' API or integration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents under pressure.
• Strong API/integration knowledge and quick learner.
• Quality-focused with clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with MuleSoft or IBM API Connect is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production integration incidents and coordinate resolution with technical and development teams.
• Maintain and configure MuleSoft and IBM API Connect APIs and applications.
• Test APIs and environments, and monitor API health, performance and usage.
• Support digital partner registration and onboarding, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve support processes and maintain operational and configuration documentation.
• Participate in an on-call roster to maintain availability and reliability of critical integration services.
