Job summary

The City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking a motivated individual to develop, deliver, and promote a variety of community programs and events across our libraries. You will engage residents, design learning and recreational activities, and work with partners to meet local needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering library programs and events.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Working with Children Check.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative library programs and events.
• Coordinate programs across Bankstown Library and branch libraries.
• Build partnerships with departments, organisations and agencies.
• Promote programs through Council channels with Corporate Communications.
• Monitor outcomes and contribute to process improvements.
• Coordinate volunteers and provide customer-focused library services.
