CBCity is seeking a motivated individual to develop, deliver and promote community library programs and events across Bankstown libraries. You will coordinate activities, build partnerships, promote offerings, and monitor outcomes to continuously improve services for residents.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to work both independently and with a team, and experience delivering learning and recreational programs for diverse communities.

Qualificações

• Experience in developing, delivering and promoting library programs and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high level English.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and run customer-focused programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative community-focused programs and events for library services.
• Coordinate and deliver programs across Library branches in Bankstown area.
• Build partnerships with Council departments, community groups and agencies.
• Promote programs through Council websites and communications channels.
• Monitor, evaluate and report program outcomes and improve processes.
• Coordinate volunteers and provide professional, customer-focused services.
