RAC Insurance is hiring for a Recoveries role in West Perth, offering hybrid work with 50% work-from-home. You will manage motor recovery files, investigate liability, and pursue recoveries from third parties, while delivering outstanding member service.

You will negotiate settlements, collaborate with insurers, and ensure compliance with RAC policies. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in claims recovery.

We are seeking focused and results orientated individuals to join our Recoveries team. These roles are responsible for managing our motor recovery claims, whilst delivering exceptional member service.

Location: West Perth offices & Work from home 50% of the time

Working hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Hours: Work Monday to Friday and have weekends free! Alternate Shifts including 7am to 3pm and 9am to 5pm

Pay: Competitive base salary + super + incentives + discounts!

Training: You will be set up for success with in-depth training and on the job support
