The Glen Hotel Pty is seeking experienced Chefs for various roles across our premium dining venues in Adelaide, SA. We are looking for individuals to join La Louisiane and other venues, progressing from Level 5/6 Chef toward Sous Chef roles while delivering elevated guest experiences.

You will work with a renowned team in a high-pressure, service-driven environment, focusing on precision, cost control, and leadership of junior staff. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-pressure hospitality environments.
• Passion for learning and improving cooking skills.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes to the highest standards.
• Assist management in coaching junior staff.
• Manage costs and contribute to financial KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and venue.
• Collaborate with FOH to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Communicate effectively and manage time.
