Peoplebank is seeking a Level 2 Technical Specialist for a 6-month contract-based role in the North Sydney area. The position involves leading incident management, fault resolution and service improvements for a business-critical emergency communications platform.

You will interface with customers, vendors and internal engineering teams, coordinating governance, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly specialised environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support
• Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL)
• Experience with Cisco networking, Check Point firewalls and F5 load balancers
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
• Experience supporting physical and virtualised server environments
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Perl or similar
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Customer-facing experience within SLA-driven environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident management and fault resolution through to resolution
• Provide operational support, governance and continuous improvement of critical platforms
• Act as technical interface between customers, vendors and internal teams
• Support upgrades and enhancements and contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders to coordinate automation and process improvement efforts
