Job summary

Affinity MSP, a leading managed IT provider in Australia, seeks a Level 2 Systems & Network Engineer to deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions for mid-to-large businesses across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on preventing security issues and maintaining reliable systems.

You will be part of an on-site hybrid team, engaging directly with clients, troubleshooting complex IT environments, and owning issues from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must have a drivers license and car.
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Willing to be at clients (On-site hybrid role).
• 3 years experience with Intune and endpoint management.
• 3+ years in IT support with MSP experience (non-negotiable).
• 3+ years hypervisor experience (Vmware / Hyper-V).
• Firewall troubleshooting experience (Fortinet preferred).
• Networking troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• Microsoft Certifications – MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, SC-900 (highly preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Permanent work from home setup.
