The Peter Krenz Leisure Centre, owned by the City of Greater Bendigo and managed by YMCA Victoria, seeks a Centre Manager to lead operations and drive community impact.

You will oversee Customer Care, Aquatic Safety, Health & Wellness, Operations, and Learn to Swim, building strong community partnerships and ensuring services meet local needs. This full-time role offers a remuneration package of $103,621 plus Y benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is essential.
• Willingness to Obtain Pool Lifeguard Qualification and CPR/First Aid credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centre operations and set vision for the facility.
• Oversee Customer Care, Aquatic Safety, Health & Wellness, Operations, Learn to Swim.
• Build partnerships with the City and community to meet local needs.
• Drive customer experience and ensure safety and risk management.
