Job summary

CR Kennedy & Company, a leading supplier of precision positioning products, is seeking an ICT Support Technician for Leica products in Sydney. You will report to the NSW Geospatial Manager and handle hardware/software issues, license management, and Leica software needs implementation.

The role requires qualifications in IT/Engineering, at least 2 years in ICT support, and Leica TPS/GPS experience. You will liaise with customers by phone and email, with salary AU$88,000 base plus 12%

Qualifications

Relevant IT/Engineering qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years ICT technical support experience.
Experience with Leica TPS/GPS products and software/hardware.
Leica TPS/GPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze hardware and software requirements and issues for Leica products.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues.
Conduct software inventory and license management.
Collaborate with Survey Team for software needs and solutions.
Prepare equipment including pre-delivery software installation with Service Department.
Perform troubleshooting evaluation, testing and rectification.
Support customers with technical inquiries via direct, phone and email.
Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording.
