Job summary

C.R. Kennedy Pty. is seeking an ICT Support Technician for Leica products in NSW. The role reports to the NSW Geospatial Manager and focuses on troubleshooting, software licenses, and coordinating with the Survey Team for software needs and implementation solutions.

The successful candidate will have Leica TPS/GPS certification and at least two years of ICT support experience, with base salary around 88,000 AUD plus 12% superannuation, and a police check requirement before employment.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology / Engineering or the equivalent.
At least 2 years experience as an ICT Technical Support specialist.
Experience and certification with Leica TPS/GPS products.
Experience in working with Leica related software and hardware.

Responsibilities

Analyze hardware and software requirements for Leica product suite.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues.
Conduct software inventory and license management.
Collaborate with Survey Team for software needs and solutions.
Prepare equipment including leasing with Service Department for pre-delivery checks and installations.
Undertake troubleshooting, testing and rectification as required.
Support customers with technical inquiries via direct contact, phone and email.
Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording.
