Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Administrator to support the Lane Cove West NSW team. The role is on-site with potential remote work options for eligible tasks, working 12:30–17:00, five days a week.

You will respond to customer inquiries, manage sales orders from initiation to completion, and verify orders and revenue before ERP booking, contributing to accurate, compliant order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Take ownership of sales orders from start to finish within assigned territories, ensuring accurate details and timely processing.
• Review orders and revenue before booking into ERP system for completeness and compliance with Rev Rec Policy and DOA.
