Job summary

Mayday Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning & Training Specialist who designs practical learning content and delivers training that drives system adoption during a major business systems implementation in Melbourne's Inner CBD.

You will develop role-based learning content, create eLearning with Articulate Rise, publish SCORM content in the LMS, and facilitate face-to-face and virtual sessions while collaborating with SMEs and project teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in learning, training, instructional design or a similar role.
• Experience supporting systems implementation, business transformation or organisational change.
• Strong instructional design and learning content development capability.
• Hands-on experience developing eLearning using Articulate Rise.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into engaging learning.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple learning deliverables to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support train-the-trainer activities where required.
• Maintain and update learning content as processes and requirements evolve.

Hands-on learning content & facilitation | Major business systems implementation | Inner CBD | $90 - $106,000 + super | 12 month fixed term

Are you an experienced Learning & Training Specialist who enjoys creating practical learning content and delivering training that helps people successfully adopt new systems and ways of working?

Join a major business systems implementation within a leading local organisation and play a hands-on role in preparing employees for significant change.

This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys being close to work. You'll design and build learning content, develop eLearning, work directly with Subject Matter Experts and facilitate training for employees across the organisation.

About the Role

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand business processes, system changes and learner needs.

You will bring

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple learning deliverables to deadlines.
• A practical, collaborative and delivery-focused approach.

Experience working on a large-scale systems or business transformation program will be highly regarded. Experience with TechnologyOne is advantageous but not essential.
