Job description

Help our people and customers confidently use and realise value from products through practical, engaging digital learning experiences.

This is a hands-on learning design role for someone who can think strategically, partner confidently with stakeholders and create premium digital learning content. You will translate complex product and business needs into scalable learning solutions that accelerate product adoption, build lasting capability and elevate the learning experience for both our workforce and customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to uncover needs, shape learning strategies and turn complex product and business concepts into clear, practical digital learning solutions.
• Manage the full end-to-end learning design lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through design, hands-on development, testing, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Create premium learning content across various digital adoption platforms, including smart walkthroughs, tooltips, simulations, embedded guidance, videos and interactive media.
• Use engagement, completion and user-path insights to refine learning experiences and translate analytics into clear recommendations and prioritised improvement backlogs.
• Apply AI-powered design approaches and tools to automate, personalise and accelerate high-quality digital learning solutions and optimise workflows.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex digital learning solutions.
• Strong end-to-end learning design capability across discovery, analysis, design, development, testing, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-partnering skills, with the confidence to engage SMEs and business teams, clarify needs and influence outcomes.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs and insights into practical learning and digital-adoption strategies that drive measurable impact.
• High proficiency with modern learning design tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, Vimeo, Adobe or similar, with hands-on capability producing video, screen-recorded, interactive and multimedia content.
• Hands-on experience building DAP learning experiences such as walkthroughs, simulations, in-app guidance, microlearning and embedded support content, plus the ability to use DAP insights to optimise the experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to enhance productivity, accelerate content creation and optimise learning workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management capability across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and optimisation, including confident use of Jira and Confluence.

It would be great if you also have…

• Human-centred design capability, including user research, journey mapping and prototyping.
• Experience building, configuring, publishing and maintaining content in an LMS such as Docebo.
• Experience in transformation or uplift programs, ideally in agile environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive design and change management principles.
• DAP content builder or editor certification.
