Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced ERP Learning Coordinator / Senior Instructional Designer in Melbourne to lead learning across a major TechnologyOne OneCouncil transformation. You will own the ERP Learning Strategy, drive training needs analysis, and oversee instructional design and content development for go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP learning strategy, instructional design and training needs analysis across multiple releases.
• Design and oversee blended learning including eLearning, QRGs, videos, facilitator guides and instructor-led training.
• Manage learning deployment through LearnUpon / OWL, including SCORM content, reporting and learner access.
• Partner with Change to align learning with Prosci, ADKAR, 70:20:10 and go-live readiness.
• Lead 3 Learning Support Officers, vendor learning resources and the Super User / Process Champion network.
• Measure learning effectiveness, identify capability gaps and support continuous improvement through hypercare and BAU

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced ERP Learning Coordinator / Senior Instructional Designer to lead learning and capability across a significant TechnologyOne OneCouncil transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take a complex ERP implementation and turn it into simple, practical and engaging learning experiences.

You'll own the ERP Learning Strategy, lead Training Needs Analysis, oversee instructional design and content development, coordinate learning deployment and ensure employees are confident and ready for each go-live.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience leading learning for ERP, HRIS or enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven instructional design and blended learning capability.
• Experience with TechnologyOne OneCouncil or comparable ERP platforms.
• Experience with LMS platforms, SCORM and eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, 70:20:10, Kirkpatrick, Prosci and ADKAR.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

Highly Regarded

• TechnologyOne OneCouncil and HRP / HRIS experience.
• Local Government or public-sector experience.
• Super User / Process Champion network experience.

Mandatory

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40122 or equivalent.
