Job summary

Mayday Recruitment is partnering with a local government organization in Melbourne to recruit a Learning & Development Lead for an ERP Transformation. You will own the learning strategy, design curricula, and manage content across multiple ERP program releases to drive adoption and readiness.

You will oversee eLearning, ILT content, videos and reference guides, coordinate external vendors, and align training messaging with Change and L&D leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in L&D, learning transformation, ERP learning or organisational change.
• Proven experience leading learning delivery within a major ERP or technology transformation.
• Strong experience developing and owning learning strategies, TNA and training plans.
• Demonstrated capability across curriculum design, learning journeys and content governance.
• Experience managing external learning vendors, consultants or content developers.
• Hands-on LMS experience; LearnUpon/OWL and SCORM experience highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end learning content review, quality assurance and sign-off process.
• Manage the learning deployment and training schedule across multiple workforce cohorts.
• Partner with Change and L&D leadership on training communications and manager activation.

Lead the learning strategy for a major TechnologyOne transformation.

About the Company

Our client is a leading local government organisation undertaking a significant, multi-year TechnologyOne ERP transformation. They are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Lead to take ownership of the learning strategy and ensure their workforce is capable, confident and ready to adopt new systems and ways of working.

Working closely with senior Change, L&D and ERP stakeholders, as well as external delivery partners, you will lead the learning function across multiple program releases, from Training Needs Analysis and curriculum design through to content development, deployment and learner readiness.
