Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks a Learning Diversity Coordinator to lead inclusive education programs and coordinate support for students with disabilities or additional learning needs. You will work with Campus teams to plan, implement MTSS strategies and monitor progress, ensuring access to the curriculum and positive outcomes across campuses.

The role combines leadership with teaching responsibilities and requires collaboration with teachers, leaders and families to deliver

Qualifications

• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration required for teaching positions.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Record Check required for non-teaching positions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with students, parents and staff to oversee the Learning Program and Personalised Learning Plans for students with disabilities or additional needs.
• Collaborate with Learning Leaders, Directors of Campus - Learning and Pedagogy, and teachers on suitable pedagogy to support diverse learning needs.
• Lead staff in the department at the respective Campus.
• Oversee MTSS processes and Disability Standards for Education alignment.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Principal or College Improvement Team.
