Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks a Learning Diversity Coordinator for Year 7–9 to lead inclusive education across the campus. The role focuses on coordinating support for students with disabilities or learning needs, aligning MTSS and the Disability Standards for Education, and working with teachers to ensure access to the curriculum.

The position is a three-year tenure in conjunction with ongoing teaching duties, with salary in the CEMEA framework and a requirement for Victorian

Qualifications

• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration is required for teaching positions.
• Experience coordinating inclusive education programs and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports).
• Ability to lead a team of learning support staff and collaborate with teachers, leaders, and parents.

Responsibilities

• liaising with students, parents, and staff to oversee the Learning Program for students with disabilities or additional needs
• collaborating with Learning Leaders,_AHoC–LaP, and other staff to support diverse learning needs
• leading staff in the Learning Diversity department at the Campus
• overseeing MTSS processes and Disability Standards for Education compliance
• coordinating support and adjustments to enable access to the curriculum and improve learning outcomes
