Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Learning Diversity Coordinator for the Tyabb campus. This 3-year Tenured Leadership role partners with ongoing teaching duties to advance an inclusive education across the campus, coordinating support staff and leveraging MTSS to meet student needs.

The role requires collaboration with campus leaders and teachers to deliver personalised learning plans and compliance with Disability Standards for Education. Applications close 30 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning support in secondary education.
• Knowledge of MTSS and Disability Standards for Education (2005).
• Ability to lead a team of learning support staff and teachers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) for students with disabilities or additional needs.
• Collaborate with Learning Leaders, Directors of Campus - Learning and Pedagogy, and teachers to apply suitable pedagogy.
• Lead staff on the Campus and monitor MTSS processes.
• Ensure regulatory obligations are met and support inclusive classroom practices.
