Job summary

Padua College is seeking a Learning Diversity Coordinator for Year 10-12 campus on a 3-year tenure with a continuing teaching position. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) for students with disabilities or additional needs.
• Knowledge of MTSS and the Disability Standards for Education (2005).
• Ability to lead and develop Learning Diversity teams and partnerships with teachers.
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Learning Program and PLPs at the Campus.
• Coordinate MTSS processes and compliance with ED standards.
• Collaborate with Learning Leaders and Heads of Campus on pedagogy.
• Support teachers to deliver inclusive, differentiated learning.
• Lead, monitor and support learning support staff.
