Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Learning Diversity Coordinator (3-year tenure) to drive inclusive education and coordinate targeted support for students with disabilities or additional learning needs across the campus. You will work with the Director of Learning Diversity and lead a team of learning support staff within a MTSS framework.

Role involves ensuring compliance with Disability Standards for Education (2005), planning personalised supports, and aligning classroom

Qualifications

• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration or eligibility.
• Working with Children Check compliance and safeguarding focus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with students, parents, and staff to oversee the Learning Program including PLPs for students with disabilities or additional needs.
• Collaborate with Learning Leaders and teachers to apply suitable pedagogy for diverse learning needs.
• Lead department staff at the respective Campus and govern MTSS processes.
• Oversee MTSS and Disability Standards for Education alignment to provide inclusive access to the curriculum.
• Coordinate and monitor support for individual learners and ensure progress and confidence across classrooms.
