Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Learning Diversity Coordinator Rosebud for a 3-year tenure. The role leads the Learning Diversity Team, coordinating support for students with disabilities and diverse learning needs within our Catholic secondary school community. Salary remuneration aligns with CEMEA 2022; includes 12% superannuation.

A Position of Leadership 2 adds $6,326 per annum. Applications close 10.00am Friday 30 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning support within a school context.
• Ability to develop and monitor Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs).
• Knowledge of MTSS and Disability Standards for Education (2005).

Responsibilities

• Lead the campus Learning Diversity Team and oversee support staff.
• Coordinate MTSS processes and adjustments for students with disabilities or diverse learning needs.
• Promote inclusive education and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and leaders to plan and monitor student progress.
