Pedders Suspension & Brakes is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This standalone, end-to-end L&D role partners with leaders to understand learning needs and design practical solutions that build capability across the business.

You’ll develop digital content, manage the full learning lifecycle—from needs analysis to LMS administration—and turn complex information into engaging modules and workshops that

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, learning coordination or a learning business partnering role.
• Strong experience designing and developing creative and engaging learning content, particularly eLearning, digital resources or blended learning materials.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms; ability to translate information into practical learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and skill gaps.
• Design end-to-end learning content with emphasis on digital and blended formats.
• Translate knowledge into engaging content for diverse audiences including stores and customers.
• Coordinate and deliver learning programs across online, face-to-face and blended formats; facilitate where appropriate.
• Support mandatory and compliance learning; simplify the learning process for learners.
• Use feedback and data to improve learning content and learner experience.
• Administer LMS activities including course setup, enrolments and reporting.
