Job summary

Investa Property Group is seeking a motivated People and Development Business Partner to own our learning and development strategy. This part-time role (3 days per week) will partner with leaders to shape learning solutions, grow leadership capabilities, and drive development planning across the organisation from our People & Culture team in Sydney.

You will lead the L&D strategy, curate our learning platform, manage the budget, and design effective programs for both teams and individuals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• Hands-on experience planning, developing and delivering learning solutions.
• Confidence facilitating learning programs and workshops.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and development planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; builds trust at all levels.
• Ability to turn big-picture strategy into practical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead our L&D strategy and manage the learning platform and budget.
• Partner with leaders to design practical learning solutions for teams and individuals.
• Develop Leadership Academy and targeted development plans for high-potential staff.
• Guide development planning with employees and managers, ensuring uptake.
• Run induction programs, deliver development planning training for starters and refresher sessions.
• Ensure equal access to development, promoting gender equity in programs.
• Coordinate with external providers and facilitators for new programs.
• Design and deliver My Career Week and promote learning across the business.
• Support mentoring programs and manage education assistance initiatives.
