Job summary

Pioneer Credit Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead our L&D team and drive capability across the organisation. You will shape how learning is designed, delivered and embedded to support evolving business needs.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, you will partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop practical solutions and measure outcomes, while overseeing induction and ongoing capability development.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with and coaching of teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
• Solid learning design and facilitation skills
• Experience building learning pathways or capability programs
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective learning solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning & Development team and deliver Pioneer’s learning priorities.
• Deliver and monitor the learning plan and capability priorities.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and create practical solutions.
• Oversee induction, refresher training and ongoing capability development.
• Maintain learning pathways and capability frameworks across Operations and Corporate teams.
• Coach and develop leadership capability through targeted initiatives.
• Govern learning standards, content ownership, training records and reporting systems.
• Maintain Knowledge Hub and Learning Library with current information.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
