Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive practical and engaging learning initiatives across the organisation, within a large People & Culture function. You will manage the full L&D lifecycle—from needs analysis to program delivery—balancing face-to-face, virtual and self-directed experiences, and partnering with leaders to develop capability.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full learning lifecycle, from needs analysis to deployment.
• Proven ability to design practical, engaging learning solutions.
• Strong facilitation skills for leaders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning programs and resources aligned to business needs.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and sessions for employees across levels.
• Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps and propose solutions.
• Support leadership development, team performance, and organisational change.
• Create blended learning experiences (face-to-face, virtual, self-directed).
• Track participation, feedback and outcomes to drive improvement.
