Job summary

Pedders Suspension & Brakes in Victoria invites an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join the People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. This standalone, end-to-end L&D role will partner with the business to identify learning needs and shape practical, engaging learning solutions.

You will create digital and eLearning content, design blended programs, manage the LMS lifecycle, and translate complex product and process information into accessible

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Experience creating eLearning, digital resources or blended learning materials.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems, including reporting.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and skill gaps.
• Design end-to-end learning content with emphasis on eLearning, digital content and blended formats.
• Turn knowledge into learning by translating product and process information into engaging content.
• Coordinate and deliver learning programs across online, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Manage LMS activity, course setup, enrolments, learner records and compliance tracking.
• Improve the learning experience using feedback and completion data.
