Job summary

Connect CWS Pty Ltd in Ipswich, QLD is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Officer to lead workforce development, coordinate learning initiatives and ensure staff are equipped to deliver safe, trauma-informed care.

You will partner with People & Culture, trainers and subject matter experts to drive continuous improvement in learning programs and compliance, fostering a culture of growth within a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and administering learning and development programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and compliance reporting.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Manage learning and compliance requirements through the Learning Management System.
• Monitor, track and report on mandatory training completion.
• Coordinate Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training and recertification programs.
• Facilitate and support the delivery of training, workshops and learning initiatives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and support workforce development planning.
• Develop and maintain training resources, learning pathways and development programs.
• Liaise with Registered Training Organisations and external training providers.
• Support quality assurance, accreditation and audit requirements.
• Contribute to organisational development projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of learning, capability development and professional growth.
