Resthaven is seeking a Learning and Development Officer based in Wayville, SA, to support and develop modern learning initiatives for our aged care services. You will work in a busy environment, using strong communication to identify learning needs and deliver programs that improve outcomes for residents and staff.

You will have knowledge of organisational learning and adult learning principles and be motivated to continuously develop your skills within the not-for-profit sector.

Qualificações

• Demonstrate excellent time management, organisation and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and identify learning needs.
• Knowledge of organisational learning and adult learning principles is desirable.
