Job summary

LEAP Legal Software in Sydney seeks an experienced Learning & Development Manager to own the learning agenda, build the roadmap and deliver it. You’ll bring leadership, compliance, onboarding and product training together into a single L&D function.

This is a fast‑moving build role reporting to the Chief People Officer, where you design and facilitate or curate programs, bring in experts as needed, and drive measurable impact with cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven L&D leadership end-to-end strategy and programs.
• Ability to turn strategy into actionable plans and milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Set L&D strategy and a 12‑month roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Embed Core Capabilities into programs and manager development.
• Design and launch the Manager Development Program.
• Own the LMS implementation and ongoing improvements.
• Lead product training, onboarding and compliance learning.
• Partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to scale solutions.
• Measure impact and report on participation and outcomes.
• Manage budget and stretch resources creatively.
