Job summary

Ruah invites an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead capability initiatives, partner with leaders, and drive workforce development across a growing, values-driven organisation in Northbridge, WA.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will design and deliver training programs, e‑learning resources, inductions, and leadership initiatives, while supporting continuous improvement across Ruah.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Capability Development or related field
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Commitment to inclusive practices and ability to work with diverse backgrounds
• Experience supporting organisational change and project initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead capability initiatives and partner with leaders across the organisation
• Design engaging learning solutions and deliver initiatives to support goals
• Develop and deliver training programs, e-learning resources, induction and leadership initiatives
• Contribute to organisational projects and continuous improvement
