Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Business Partner and as part of the wider People & Culture team, you will partner closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across NRI to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that build capability, support professional growth, and strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
