Job summary

Kingston University is seeking an enthusiastic OD Co-ordinator to support the delivery of learning and organisational development across the University. You will administer and coordinate learning activities, act as a main contact for managers and staff, and maintain LD information on intranet pages.

You will also support online training, HR systems, reporting and supplier processes, with a collaborative approach and a drive to improve services.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, OD or L&D environments.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate events and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development activities, training and induction programmes.
• Advise managers and staff on learning processes and procedures.
• Coordinate training events, logistics and intranet information.
• Support online learning, reporting and evaluation, plus supplier and financial processes.
