Job summary

Kingston Business School is seeking a Senior Co-ordinator (Assessment, Regulations & Appeals) for a full-time fixed-term contract at Penrhyn Road. The role supports assessment schedules, regulatory frameworks, and the scrutiny of assessment board paperwork across the university in collaboration with the Faculty and Academic Services teams.

You will lead in investigations of stage 1 academic appeals, develop training materials, and ensure data integrity and compliance with assessment policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in assessment, regulation and student casework within academic administration.
• Knowledge of mitigation, academic misconduct, data integrity and assessment-related procedures.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and draft responses to stage 1 academic appeals.
• Support the Faculty and Course & Student Administration Team.
• Identify training needs and develop guidance materials on assessment procedures.
