Job summary

Downer is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor for the QTMP team in Brisbane. You will influence professional development and coordinate traineeship and apprenticeship programs, reporting through the LMS.

The role requires Cert IV in Training & Assessment and a related HR qualification, with 2+ years’ experience in structured entry programs and strong stakeholder engagement. Flexibility and a proactive approach are valued in a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field is advantageous.
• 2+ years’ experience managing structured entry programs.
• Solid ability to operate Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Highly dynamic and responsive to stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and advising on training needs across the Project.
• Supporting development and implementation of training programs.
• Coordinate implementation of structured entry programs for QTMP such as traineeship and apprenticeship programs.
• Daily administrative and regular reporting duties within the LMS.
