Job summary

Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking a People and Culture Advisor – Learning and Development to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that build capability across the organisation.

The role is hands-on, requires engaging stakeholders at all levels, and offers a Monday to Friday schedule, ongoing development and support for higher education, plus flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and contemporary L&D practices.
• Ability to interpret legislative and business requirements and translate these into learning solutions.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative learning and organisational development programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external providers, SMEs, and system owners to ensure program effectiveness.
• Identify learning needs across the organisation and recommend targeted solutions.
• Maintain and refresh existing programs and training materials to reflect current best practices and evolving business needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
