Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an experienced Apprentice and Learning Advisor to support apprentices in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. You will coordinate onboarding, rosters, and training schedules while liaising with supervisors and staff to foster a positive learning culture.

You will also manage non-RTO learning, arrange internal and external training for the region, and track progress, records, and compliance with RTO requirements, ensuring smooth delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration or apprentice support roles.
• Understanding of the VET system and RTO compliance desirable.
• Qualifications in education, HR or trade advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprentice onboarding, rosters and training schedules.
• Organise apprentice events and track progress and compliance.
• Partner with Managers, RTOs and training teams to ensure delivery of learning.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external learning on-site.
• Serve as first point of contact for apprentice engagement and support.
• Coordinate work experience placements and compliance processes.
