Job summary

Downer is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join the People & Culture team in Brisbane. You will coordinate and support L&D objectives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive training initiatives across the QTMP project.

Ideal candidates have Cert IV in Training & Assessment, 2+ years in structured entry programs, and experience with LMS platforms. This role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Brisbane, with collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment is required
• Diploma or Degree in HR is advantageous
• 2+ years in managing structured entry programs
• Experience operating Learning Management Systems
• Strong ability to respond to stakeholder needs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Learning & Development objectives with stakeholders across the project
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify training needs across the Project
• Coordinate entry programs for traineeships and apprenticeships
• Manage daily LMS administration and regular reporting
