Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced instructional designer in Sydney to create engaging learning content for blended delivery. You will work with branch Clients and Strategy teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while meeting client requirements.

The role involves developing learning material, assessments, and artefacts using LAS and a range of creation tools, while maintaining best practices in adult learning and instructional design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning programs, products and artefacts.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 (or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with corporate computing systems for creating documents and training artefacts.
• Experience in task analysis and risk-based training needs analysis.
• Proficiency in a wide range of learning creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning material such as audio, video, simulations, guides and role plays aligned to client objectives.
• Build engaging exercises and course content to enhance the learning experience.
• Design assessment tools to measure learner competencies.
• Ensure artefacts meet regulatory standards and client requirements.
