Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking an Organisational Development & Learning Design Specialist to design engaging learning experiences and leverage data to support culture and performance initiatives. The role covers eLearning design, LMS administration (Cornerstone) and reporting across the business.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, push for innovations in learning tech and contribute to continuous improvement in our hybrid work environment in Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and employee engagement platforms such as Culture Amp.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, communication and content creation skills.
• Experience using AI-enabled learning tools such as Synthesia will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning, resources and capability programs using Articulate 360 and other learning technologies.
• Own and administer the LMS Cornerstone and the Culture Amp platform.
• Produce insightful workforce, learning, engagement and compliance reporting.
• Create executive presentations and monthly team newsletters.
• Partner with stakeholders to support capability, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Leverage technology and automation to continuously improve learning experiences.
