Job summary

Darling Downs Health seeks an Advisor Learning Design and Learning Management System to create engaging digital learning experiences for our workforce. You will partner with subject matter experts to translate complex information into practical learning solutions while refining the LMS through QA and improvements.

You will use data to drive better learner outcomes, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation across our region.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital learning solutions using instructional design principles.
• Capability with learning management systems, including content administration and user support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Qualifications in adult education, learning and development, vocational education and training, and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging online learning programs that build knowledge, skills and confidence.
• Partner with subject matter experts to turn complex information into practical learning solutions.
