Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking a Product Trainer who creates engaging learning experiences for our Financials products. You will enable customers and internal teams to adopt and use our Financials solutions effectively, tying training to practical workplace scenarios.

You will collaborate with Product teams to align training with new features, develop content reflecting real business processes, and continuously improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and communication skills required.
• Ability to design learning outcomes and assessments.
• Knowledge of learning design principles and blended learning approaches.
• Formal qualification in Training and Assessment or Learning Design.
• Experience in Financials industry or enterprise systems; SaaS product training exposure.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering engaging learning experiences across TechnologyOne Financials products.
• Partner with Product teams to develop training aligned to new and existing functionality.
• Develop learning content reflecting real business processes and enabling practical application.
• Configure and maintain training environments with realistic data and scenarios.
• Review learner feedback and adoption insights to improve effectiveness.
• Support product releases with learning assets and enablement materials.
• Contribute to a digital-first learning strategy using modern learning tools and methodologies.

Job description

We are seeking a Product Trainer who is passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences and helping customers realise the full value of TechnologyOne's Financials solutions.
As a Product Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling customers and internal teams to confidently adopt and use our Financials products. You'll combine your expertise in learning, technology and financial systems to design and deliver engaging training programs that build capability, drive product adoption and support customer success.

What you’ll be doing …..

• Designing and delivering engaging learning experiences across TechnologyOne Financials products.
• Partner with Product teams to develop training aligned to new and existing functionality.
• Develop learning content that reflects real business processes and enables learners to apply their knowledge in practical workplace situations.
• Configure and maintain training environments using realistic data and scenarios.
• Reviewing learner feedback, training outcomes and adoption insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
• Supporting product releases and business initiatives through the development of learning assets, resources and enablement materials.
• Contributing to the evolution of our digital-first learning strategy, leveraging modern learning technologies, tools and methodologies to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
• Practical experience working with Financials systems, ERP solutions or enterprise software platforms, ideally including TechnologyOne Financials.
• A passion for creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to design structured learning outcomes and assessments for diverse learner groups
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a range of audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence positive outcomes.
• A proactive mindset focused on improving training effectiveness, user adoption, and learning outcomes.
• Willingness to work hands‑on with systems to build deep product expertise and real‑world context.
• Confidence working hands‑on with technology to develop product expertise and create authentic learning experiences.
• Formal qualification in Training and Assessment or Learning Design
• Knowledge of learning design principles, instructional methodologies, and blended learning approaches
• Experience in the Financials industry or enterprise systems
• Exposure to SaaS product training or customer enablement environments
