Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / ERP Learning Specialist to support a TechnologyOne HRIS implementation in Melbourne. • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer or Learning Specialist.
• Experience supporting ERP, HRIS or enterprise technology transformations.
• Strong capability developing digital learning resources and blended learning programs.
• Experience using learning authoring tools and content development platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into easy-to-understand learning content.
• Experience working within organisational change and transformation programs.
• TechnologyOne HRP, HRIS or local government experience highly regarded.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / ERP Learning Specialist to support the successful implementation of a new TechnologyOne HRIS platform. Rather than a traditional training role, this position focuses on designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that enable end users to confidently adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.

Working closely with SMEs, project teams, change managers and business stakeholders, you will translate complex business processes into engaging, practical and user-focused learning experiences.
