MyState Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Brisbane, Bundaberg or Hobart. You'll partner with leaders to identify learning needs, design solutions and deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability and support business performance.

• Significant experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a regulated or complex environment.
• Strong learning design and facilitation capability across both face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Experience supporting major business change, transformation or integration projects.
• Confidence working with learning systems, reporting and learning administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for creating engaging learning experiences that make a measurable impact.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the final stages of our Loan Origination integration while helping shape learning and capability across the broader group.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Brisbane, Bundaberg or Hobart.

Reporting to the Head of Learning, you'll partner with leaders across the business to identify learning needs, design effective solutions and deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability and support business performance. You'll also lead learning workstreams associated with integration and transformation initiatives, helping teams navigate change with confidence and clarity.

In this role you'll:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning and capability needs.
• Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including workshops, virtual learning and eLearning.
• Facilitate learning programs for a wide range of audiences across the business.
• Lead learning activities supporting integration and transformation projects.

What You'll Bring

You'll be an experienced learning professional who enjoys working collaboratively and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

You'll ideally bring:
