Job summary

MyState Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Brisbane, Bundaberg or Hobart. Reporting to the Head of Learning, you'll partner with leaders to identify learning needs, design effective solutions and deliver engaging experiences that build capability and support business performance.

You will lead workstreams for integration and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development, preferably within regulated or complex environments.
• Strong learning design and facilitation capability across both face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Experience supporting major business change, transformation or integration projects.
• Confidence working with learning systems, reporting and learning administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and capability needs with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver blended learning solutions (workshops, virtual learning, eLearning).
• Facilitate learning programs for diverse audiences across the business.
• Lead learning activities supporting integration and transformation projects.
• Manage learning administration and LMS activities, including reporting and content management.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
