TEEG is a dynamic hospitality tech group powering Timezone venues. We’re seeking a Learning & Capability Partner to design engaging learning experiences that connect with today’s workforce and prepare them for tomorrow’s opportunities.
Based in North Sydney, you’ll blend digital learning, workshops and on‑the‑job development, partnering with leaders to uplift capability and guest outcomes. You’ll coach teams, build leadership programs and continuously evolve how we learn at TEEG.
At TEEG, we’re behind some of the world’s most recognisable entertainment brands, including Kingpin, Timezone and Zone Bowling, with 300+ venues globally.
Based in North Sydney, our Support Office is a collaborative and high‑performing environment where teams partner closely with our venues to deliver exceptional experiences - and enjoy the journey along the way.
Our team members are digital-first, curious and always evolving. We believe learning should be too.
We're looking for a Learning & Capability Partner who embraces technology, explores new ideas and creates engaging learning experiences that connect with today's workforce and prepare them for tomorrow's opportunities.
We're less interested in people who simply deliver training.
We're looking for someone who:
You'll have the opportunity to shape how learning happens across a growing business, experiment with new ideas, leverage emerging technologies and make a genuine impact on the careers of thousands of team members.
This isn't about maintaining learning programs.
It's about reimagining them.
At TEEG, we value diversity and welcome applications from all backgrounds, abilities and identities. Together, we create stronger teams - because we’re simply better together.
