The Role

We’re looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to lead the candidate experience at TEG. Partnering with our HRBPs, you’ll run end-to-end recruitment, shape our talent strategy and raise the standard of communication, transparency and engagement at every stage of the hiring journey.

Outcomes to Deliver
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of vacancies, from role scoping and job ad production through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to build clear role overviews, define selection criteria and agree on timelines
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct search, networks, referrals and talent pooling, to reduce reliance on agency spend
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to inform hiring and offer decisions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in our ATS and report on key metrics, including time to hire, source of hire and diversity outcomes
  • Contribute to employer branding, careers page content and internal mobility initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and manager enablement resources
Capabilities to Bring
  • Approximately five years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience, including generalist hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • A genuine passion for service and an instinct for how communication makes people feel.
  • A track record of building credibility with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Strong sourcing capability, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a natural, professional tone.
  • Experience with an ATS (we use Workable) and comfort working with data and reporting
  • A genuine commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience hiring across APAC, or within live entertainment, ticketing, media or agency environments, is advantageous but not essential

We’re Australasia’s home of live entertainment – from stadium tours to your local comedy show – and we look after the people who make it happen.

  • Front row perks: Front row and backstage access to live moments – free and discounted tickets to shows, sport and festivals across our network, plus presales and staff allocations for major on-sales
  • A global stage: Headquartered in Sydney with offices across seven countries and four continents, working alongside some of the biggest names in Australian and international live entertainment
  • Flexibility: Hybrid and flexible working, with flexible hours where your role allows
  • Parental leave for everyone: Paid leave for primary caregivers regardless of gender, with real support returning to work
  • Leave, your way: Annual leave plus extras like birthday leave and purchase leave
  • Your backstage crew: Confidential support via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including career coaching for you and your family, plus free flu vaccinations
  • Giving back: One paid volunteer day a year to support our community
  • Your next act: Structured development programs like Ticketek Academy, secondments to major events, and career paths tailored to your interests and skills
  • Recognition that means something: ALL STAR Awards and service milestones, celebrating the people and teams who bring our values to life every day
