Job summary

The Entertainment & Education Group is seeking a Learning & Capability Partner to design engaging learning experiences that blend digital tools, AI-driven insights and in-person development. You will work across teams to connect capability-building with business outcomes.

You'll facilitate hybrid sessions, coach leaders and SMEs, and explore new technologies to keep learning future-ready. Data-driven and curious, you will shape how we grow talent across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning, capability or leadership programs in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face channels.
• Qualification in Learning & Development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Designing creative learning experiences using a blend of digital learning, AI-powered tools, workshops, performance support resources and on-the-job development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building leadership programs, career pathways and succession initiatives that help great people grow their careers with us.
• Facilitating engaging and energetic learning experiences, both in person and virtually.
• Coaching leaders, trainers and subject matter experts to deliver learning that sticks.
• Exploring new technologies, learning trends and innovative approaches to continuously evolve how we learn at TEEG.
• Using data, insights and feedback to measure impact and improve learning outcomes.

• Experience designing and delivering learning, capability or leadership programs in retail, hospitality, leisure or other fast-paced, multi-site environments.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face channels.
• A qualification in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field.
